Wing - Left Flaps and Ailerons

2004-06-18 - Aileron assembly. (3.5 Hrs).

Installed the aileron stiffeners and redrilled the holes on the bottom of the aileron spar.

The stiffeners all installed. I also applied some silicon rubber to the end of each stiffener, just like the elevator. However, I looked pretty closely at the ends of the stiffeners, and they don't come very close together at all. I'm not quite sure what the problem is with the ends of the stiffeners on the elevator.
It says "Top" and "Bottom", but later, I figured out that they were actually reversed.
Notice silver, copper, silver, copper. As I noted a few days ago, I discovered that the bottom holes in the aileron spar were supposed to be drilled to #30 in order to accomodate the CS4-4 blind rivets. Here, I am half-way through accomplishing this task.
Since the CS4-4 blind rivets do not sit down as flush as a regular AN426-4 rivet, I ran a countersink in all of the holes.
