Wing - Left Wing

2004-07-14 - Preparing the bottom skins. (2.5 Hrs).

One more skin to go on the left wing. First, we need to debur and dimple

All deburred and dimpled, clecoed to the wing to check the fit. The holes were off a little along the front spar and there was a little gap between the rear skin and the leading-edge skin. So, I took out all of the clecoes and started from the front spar first just to see if that would help, and things seemed to fit ok.

Last chance to check this out before we close up the wing. Looks like there will be enough room to get to things later through the access cover. You can see a slight gap here between the leading edge skin and the rear outboard skin. We'll see how riveting goes tomorrow.
