Wing - Right Fuel Tank

2004-08-21 - Assembling the right fuel tank (countersink rear baffle). (3.0 Hrs).

Countersunk the tank skin where it attaches to the rear baffle, drilled the W-423 Joint Plate, and cut some stiffeners.

Countersunk the skins at the rear baffle.

Extra deep because these rivets stuck up a little too much on my first tank. I'm pretty sure that I countersunk the first tank pretty deep, also. This time, I made sure!

Using the roller seamer to put a slight lip on the edge of the tank skins. I really like this tool.
