2004-09-01 - Assembling and sealing the right fuel tank (first rib). (3.0 Hrs).

Did the fuel cap and the first rib.

I can't tell you haw bad the rivets are under here, but with all that goop, this fuel cap ain't going nowhere. Also, you will probably notice that something is missing.

They look good on the outside.

First rib done.

I'm getting better at making flush rivets with this ProSeal stuff. I think the key thing is to clean the goop off of the rivet heads before you drive the rivets.
