Wing - Right Flaps and ailerons

2004-10-09 - Preparing to prime the aileron and flap parts. (3.0 Hrs).

All I wanted to do today was to finish preparing the gap fairings for priming, and then prime them. However, it didn't make sense to just prime those two parts, since the aileron and flap pieces will need to be primed right after I install the gap fairings. So, I roughed-up the gap fairings and started on the aileron and flap spars.

My fingers were pretty sore from deburring the lightening holes in the gap fairing with the hand deburring tool, so I decided to use the wheel on the aileron and flap spars.

Of course, the wheel doesn't get everything, so I still had to use the hand deburring tool, anyway.

Then, you gotta rough things up a little (left side is untouched).
