2005-01-11 - Deburring the firewall. (2.0 Hrs).

Deburred the firewall, and started dimpling. The deburring tools that I have includes at least one tool meant for steel. However, this did not work too good on the stainless steel firewall. Fortunately, the paint remover wheel that I have been using worked great on the SS.

This was my tool of choice. This is a $5 wheel from WallMart--worked great on SS.

All dimpled. The overlapped joints make deburring a little harder, but it is not that big a deal.

Firewall all deburred, and the outer edge is dimpled. I need to use the C-Frame, and it is after 9pm, so tomorrow.
