Fuselage - Bulkheads

2005-02-11 - Assembling the F-704 bulkhead. (2.0 Hrs).

Tonight, I match-drilled the hole in the flange that I screwed-up last week. I, also, drilled the Snap Bushing holes and installed the nutplates in the F-782B and F-783B Cover Support Ribs.

I finally found the drawing that shows what attaches to the two center holes in forward center section flange that I screwed-up. This is the F-983 Fuel Valve Plate on Drawing 34A. So, I hunted down the part, cleco'ed the good hole, squared it up, and match-drilled the plate through the JB Weld in the flange--problem solved, I hope.
Using an exacto knife to cut the JB Weld flush with the top of the flange.
Now, on to the next part--drilling the snap bushing holes in the F-782B cover supports.
Nutplate assembly line. Actually, more like a gathering.
Both sets of cover supports all done.
