Fuselage - Bulkheads

2005-05-25 - Finish assembling the F-705 bulkhead. (2.0 Hrs).

After reading all of the notes about what not to rivet, and making sure that I really didn't need to do the tip-up parts, I finished riveting the F-705 bulkhead together.

The new longeron yoke really comes in handy here.
A few of the shop heads were actually a little oval shaped, but seemed ok.
Marked the F-661EF flap actuator bearing blocks, per the plans.
Make sure the marks are centered.
Clamp the parts.
Drill them.
No need to mark the other part, just drill it exactly like the first.
I inserted a couple of bolts just to make sure they fit. Note, I did not drill out the bearing blocks to #10 yet. The bolts fit very tightly, and I think that is good. I'll ream them out if I have to.
Installing the seat belt tie downs.
All done with F-705.
