Fuselage - AFT Section

2005-07-30 - Debur AFT Fuselage Assembly. (4.5 Hrs).

I finished deburring and dimpling most of the AFT fuselage parts, including the bottom and one side skin.

Bottom is deburred. There are about 100 holes along each side.
Dufus showed-up again to check on the project, and get his picture taken for the FAA. I don't see why he is so set on getting that Repairman's certificate. He can hardly turn a wrench. Look at how he is holding that screwdriver. How is he going to do an annual condition inspection?
Left side skin, all deburred.
I used the edge seamer on the bottom edge. The fuse skins are pretty thick, but you just need a little bit of an edge. You need to do this before you dimple. I usually forget.
Left side, deburred, and dimpled.
Bottom is deburred, and dimpled.
