2005-12-27 - Installing the rudder and brake pedals. (3.0 Hrs).

Got another brake pedal done.

My old rotary cutters worked a lot better than the sanding drums on the brake pedal holes--no clogging or wearing out.

More drilling the F-6117C angles to the brake pedals. Note, that the pedals have a slight curve, and I forgot to make sure that the concave side was AFT on this pedal. Sure enough, it was backwards after drilling most of the holes. So, I swapped the angles and put them on the other side. They fit perfectly.

Ready to rivet.

That's two, one left, one right, two to go.
